Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to work as a Children's Night Support Worker in our home-based facility in Alresford. The home provides care and support to children and young people aged 12-18 who have learning disabilities and exhibit challenging behaviors.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience working with children and youth with learning disabilities in the UK. As part of 1 Stop Healthcare, you will enjoy flexibility and support, with access to our convenient work app that displays all available and booked shifts. We accommodate your schedule, working around your availability to provide shifts that suit your lifestyle.

Flexible shifts: Weekends and weekdays, day and night shifts are available. You will receive specialist training to enhance your skills. Temp-to-Perm positions are available in select locations for long-term opportunities.

The estimated salary for this role is £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
