To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Education to NVQ/BTEC Level 3 or equivalent experience
- Experience of building strong relationships with children and families in times of challenge and crisis
- Ability to observe, facilitate, and report on contact
- Direct experience of working with children and families in a social care setting

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting social workers and occupational therapists to implement and monitor care plans. They will also be required to maintain high standards of professional practice, highlight issues, and implement plans to safeguard children. Additionally, they will build strong relationships with service users, provide practical advice and support, and work collaboratively across the service with internal and external partners.
