Strategic Growth Director

This dynamic position will play a vital role in driving the growth and success of BDO UK's clients. As a Strategic Growth Director, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for our clients to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tailored growth strategies for clients, leveraging industry expertise and market insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive collaborative problem-solving and delivery.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for clients.
- Provide coaching and guidance to clients on best practices for growth, innovation, and sustainability.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver innovative solutions and services that meet client needs.
Requirements
- Proven track record of driving growth and success in a business development or advisory role.
- Strong understanding of market trends, industry dynamics, and client needs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think creatively.
