Job Description

The role of Executive Director of Hospitality requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing high-volume restaurants and bars. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, leading and inspiring a diverse team, managing bar and restaurant operations, staff scheduling and performance management, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
  • Leading and developing a diverse team of staff across the bar and kitchen areas.
  • Effective management of bar operations, including stock control, ordering, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Sales and profitability driving through focus on both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking an individual with strong leadership skills, extensive wine knowledge, and a deep understanding of public house operations. Proven experience in managing high-volume restaurant services, particularly during peak times such as Sunday roasts, is essential. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first mentality are also required.
