Head of Sales Development

Ritz Recruitment Limited is seeking a Head of Sales Development to lead its sales team and drive sales growth. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role that involves developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth, expanding the company's presence in the region, and leading a team of sales professionals.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing sales teams. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth, expanding the company's presence in the region, and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and manage and develop existing accounts.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is £38,000 - £40,000 basic + commission + company car, with an estimated OTE of £54,350 at 100% of target and £70,350 at 110% of target. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive a company car and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and expand the company's presence in the region * Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and manage and develop existing accounts * Plan and prioritize sales activities to achieve agreed business aims, including costs and sales * Provide technical sales advice and support to customers and the sales team * Respond to and follow up sales enquiries, attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions
