Sales and Business Development Manager

At Walker Lovell, we are seeking an exceptional Field Based Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our members.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing business in a sales-driven environment and experience in managing budgets, conducting market analysis, and analyzing sales figures. You will also possess excellent analytical skills, with expertise in data analysis and presentation, as well as the ability to communicate effectively to senior management.
We offer a competitive salary package, including attractive base salary (£60,000 - £80,000 per year) and comprehensive benefits to support your well-being. Our hybrid working model allows you to balance remote work with time spent at our EMEA HQ, fostering a dynamic and inclusive work environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting regular field visits to gather insights and provide feedback to leadership
- Maintaining strong relationships with members, focusing on business strategy, sales performance, and training needs
- Analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement and ensure sustainable business models
