Primary Education Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant school community in Burnley. As an Education Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting the class teacher in delivering high-quality education to Key Stage 2 students.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for providing one-on-one or small group support for children who need additional help, assisting with planning, preparing, and delivering learning activities, and helping children develop their academic, social, and emotional skills. Additionally, you will monitor and track the progress of individual students, providing feedback as necessary, and work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other staff members.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have proven experience working as a Teaching Assistant, particularly with KS2 pupils, and a strong understanding of the primary school curriculum and child development. You will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, patience, flexibility, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed. Your proactive and reliable approach to supporting the classroom environment is essential.
What We Offer
