Role Overview

Citizens Advice St Helens is seeking a skilled professional to coordinate access to advice for clients at higher risk of disengaging from services. The successful candidate will improve financial wellbeing by checking clients' welfare benefits, identifying grant and trust fund applications, and advising on income maximisation options.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate access to advice for allocated clients
  • Improve financial wellbeing by checking clients' welfare benefits and identifying grant and trust fund applications
  • Advise on income maximisation options and help clients prepare a household budget
  • Support clients in gathering financial information and research options and implications

Working Arrangements

The role involves hybrid working from home, office, and Foodbanks in the St Helens District. The successful candidate will be required to work closely with the Hope Centre to help local foodbank users.
