Student Support Coordinator

The successful candidate will work closely with the Assistant Headteachers and Heads of Year to provide high-quality pastoral care, ensuring students achieve their full potential and reach the highest standards of learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Triaging pastoral concerns under the guidance of the Assistant Headteachers and recommending appropriate pathways for students.
- Acting as a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) within the school.
- Referring cases to the DSL, other DDLs, Heads of Year, or Form Tutors as necessary.
- Maintaining high expectations for student behavior both in and out of the classroom.
