Support SEN Students with Passion and Expertise

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a SEN Teaching Assistant in Kent schools, supporting students with varying needs including SEMH challenges, autism spectrum condition, ADHD, and other SEND requirements.
Your Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with teachers to deliver personalised lessons and adapt lesson plans to meet each student's unique needs.
- Provide support in small groups and one-on-one settings, promoting confidence, independence, and academic progress.
- Foster an inclusive classroom environment, manage behaviour, and ensure smooth transitions when the teacher is absent.
- CACHE Level 2 or 3, or NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Childcare or Teaching Assistance (preferred).
- Experience working with children in an SEN environment or as a SEN Teaching Assistant is essential.
Please note that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
Estimated Salary:£25.00 per day (depending on experience)
