beBee Professionals in Royal Tunbridge Wells is seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Learning Support Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with special educational needs, helping them to overcome learning barriers and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with SEN.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support during lessons, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assist in the implementation of accommodations and modifications to ensure equal access to education for students with SEN.
- Experience working with children with special educational needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
- Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are desirable.
