Supporting Students with Special Needs in Kent

GSL Education - Kent is committed to providing quality teaching and support staff in schools throughout the region.
We are currently looking for experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team and work with students who require additional support.
This SEN Teaching Assistant role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection, with a commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
You will work closely with teachers and SENCOs to develop tailored support plans for each student, ensuring their needs are met and they can reach their full potential.
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately £20,800 based on 30 hours per week at £10 per hour.
Required qualifications and experience include:
- CACHE Level 2 or 3, or NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Childcare or Teaching Assistance (preferred but not mandatory).
- A degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field is desirable.
- Experience working with children in an SEN environment or as a SEN Teaching Assistant is essential.
