Job Description

We are recruiting for a highly motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to work in the Hyndburn area. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of dedication and passion for supporting children with additional needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the child in achieving their educational and personal goals.
  • Develop and maintain a positive relationship with the child, their family, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of individualised plans, working closely with the Class Teacher and other professionals.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with children who have additional needs.
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
Salary and Benefits

£90-£140 per hour, with free child protection and prevent duty training.
