Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our vibrant team in Evesham. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers with a range of learning disabilities. Your duties will include assisting with personal care, medication, meal preparation, and daily living tasks. You will also have the opportunity to engage our customers in various activities such as horse riding, swimming, and trampolining.
Responsibilities- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medication as required
- Prepare meals and assist with daily living tasks
- Support customers with learning disabilities in various activities
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Previous care experience (preferably in a similar setting)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
