**Job Title:** Care and Support Assistant

**Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Care and Support Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with clients to provide non-medical services, including companionship, home help, personal care, medication support, and specialized care.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide companionship and social interaction to clients

- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing and dressing

- Administer medication and provide personal care

- Support clients with meal preparation and household chores

- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies

**Requirements:**

- Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work

- Positive attitude and good communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Availability to work every other weekend

**What We Offer:**

- Competitive hourly rate of £15.13 - £16.53 (inclusive of holiday pay)
