Salary InformationThe salary for this role is £13-£13.50 per hour, with opportunities for pay increases based on performance and experience. Additionally, we offer a competitive welcome bonus of £500 upon completion of 100 hours.
Job DescriptionThis is an excellent opportunity to join our team as a Complex Care Assistant. You will work closely with our experienced nurses and healthcare professionals to provide top-notch care and support to individuals with spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and other complex needs.
You will have full training and clinical support to develop your skills in various areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, stoma care, and more. Every day will be different, and you'll face new challenges, but you can be sure that you'll make a positive impact on the lives of our clients.
Required Skills and QualificationsWe don't require any prior care experience for this role, just a strong foundation in care, compassion, and resilience. As we provide full nurse-led training, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic environment.
