Job Title: Adults Support Professional

We are seeking an Adults Support Professional to join our team at HF Trust. As a Complex Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in creating a future where learning-disabled people live the best life possible.

A professional qualification in health, education or social care is desirable. Previous experience supporting individuals within a social care, education or health environment is also required.

We know that life can be complicated for everybody. Some people are stopped from working towards their dreams. Learning-disabled people often aren't heard about the support they'd like. They may not get to decide what they do for work or how to spend or save their money.

As an Adults Support Professional, you can change all that.

Compensation Package
  • Hourly rate: £14, rising to £14.42 from October 2024
  • Flexible working hours: early, late and weekend shifts
  • Generous holidays: 33 days of annual leave (including eight days statutory bank holidays)
  • Pay incentives: 10% overtime allowance, 20% Bank Holiday allowance, 50% for key dates over Christmas
  • Training & development: A fully funded Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care
About the Role

Every day is different as a Complex Care Support Worker. Your tasks may vary from supporting someone to plan their weekly shop to going on an outdoor adventure. You will provide everyday personal care and support for learning disabled adults, listening to their wants and needs, enabling them to do daily tasks such as taking medication or cooking a meal.

You will also work with individuals to build their confidence and take on new adventures. A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.

We can't wait to meet you at our Evesham service.
