About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Account Director to lead our medical education team and drive strategic growth in the healthcare sector. As a key member of our client leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing account plans that meet our clients' evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with our scientific and commercial teams to craft innovative account strategies that drive business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a culture of excellence and accountability within our medical education team, ensuring seamless execution of account plans and exceptional client service.
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and goals to deliver tailored solutions that exceed their expectations.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and drive revenue growth.
  • Financial Management: Oversee account budgets and financial performance, ensuring optimal resource allocation and profitability.
Requirements
