About the Job:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Teach Plus.
Key Responsibilities:- Support students with SEN in mainstream or SEN schools within the Brent area.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized learning plans.
- Provide one-to-one support in lessons, helping students to engage and complete tasks.
- Help manage challenging behaviours, promoting positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
- Experience working with children or young people with SEN.
- A genuine passion for helping students with SEN achieve their best.
- An Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) or willingness to apply for a new one.
The estimated salary for this role is £90-£110 per day, depending on experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant.
