Job Description: SEN Support and Outreach Professional
">Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
">Remedicare is seeking a highly skilled SEN Support and Outreach Professional to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for working with schools, support families at risk of permanent exclusion, and provide outreach support to students in need.
">Your duties will include identifying, assessing, and evaluating intervention outcomes, accessing local services, supporting parents and schools, and promoting equality of opportunity and compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures.
