**About the Job:** We are looking for an exceptional SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at The London School Alliance. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with Autism, Learning Difficulties, and ADHD in a full-time position at our Primary school in South Woodford.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support children with Autism, Learning Difficulties, and ADHD during class activities, promoting a positive learning environment and fostering social skills.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with SEN, working closely with teachers and other staff members.
  • Provide emotional support and encouragement to children, helping them to build confidence and self-esteem.
  • Collaborate with teachers to create engaging and inclusive lesson plans tailored to the needs of students with SEN.
  • Monitor and assess the progress of students with SEN, providing feedback to the teaching team.
  • Engage with parents and caregivers to discuss their child's progress and any specific needs.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge/experience working with children with Autism, Learning Difficulties, and ADHD.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced educational setting.
