About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Permitting Professional to join our EMEA Infrastructure-Development team within the global Environmental organization of AWS. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering environmental permitting, including IED permits, environmental assessments, and inputs to planning applications.

Your primary focus will be on leading the development and implementation of effective environmental strategies that meet regulatory requirements while ensuring the success of our projects. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and project management abilities.

You will work closely with our real estate, due diligence, and design engineering teams to locate and permit AWS infrastructure in EMEA. A working knowledge of German or French is highly advantageous.
