Irwin & Colton Limited invites applications for an Environmental Permit Consultant to support their Environmental team. As a key contributor, you will ensure the delivery of environmental permitting applications and amendments to site operating permits in line with current legislation and regulations.

This is a flexible remote opportunity with occasional site travel, mainly in the Midlands. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing management plans, systems, and mitigation measures to support clients in achieving environmental goals.

The successful candidate will require a degree in an Environmental, Engineering, or Science-based discipline and proven experience in environmental permitting, ideally in the waste and recycling sector.

We offer a competitive daily rate of £350, which translates to approximately £67,000 per annum, based on a 3-6 month contract duration.

You will have the opportunity to work with a prominent global player in sustainable waste and recycling solutions, featuring a large international presence and a strong UK network.
