About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Company Secretary to join our team in Belfast. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth running of our office while carrying out a range of governance-related work in regulated and unregulated legal entities. Your experience in Financial Services or a corporate regulated environment will be valuable in this role.

Responsibilities:
You will assist in the preparation of committee meetings, including minute-taking and report compilation, provide high-quality secretariat support to committees and boards, ensuring efficient decision-making processes, maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both physical and digital, develop and implement effective stakeholder management strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

Requirements:
A minimum of 6-8 years of experience as a Company Secretary in Financial Services or a corporate regulated environment is required. You should have a proven track record of servicing committees or boards, with exceptional attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
