Job Title: Bid Analysis Manager

At Intercity Technology, we're looking for a skilled Bid Analysis Manager to join our team. As a key member of our bid management team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the timely submission of high-quality proposals that meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage virtual bid teams and inputs from key stakeholders across the business, including sales, pre-sales, product, operations, commercial, and project management.
  • Work with the Sales lead to develop a clear win strategy for each bid and ensure win themes are clear and compelling.
  • Track and manage risks throughout the bid process.
  • Contribute to the written proposal, providing guidance on content and presentation.
  • Monitor and evaluate bid performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Strong academic background or APMP certification.
  • Experience in managing bids for complex projects or large-scale contracts.
  • Demonstrated success in winning bids through effective bid management.
  • Strong understanding of the bid lifecycle, proposal writing, and win strategy development.
