Job Overview

Browne Jacobson is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Client & Marketing team as a Bid Support Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about business development and has a strong desire to contribute to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality bid support to our business development team, ensuring that all bids are thoroughly researched and well-presented.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including lawyers, account managers, and other business development professionals.
  • Assist in the development of bid strategies and proposals, working closely with the business development team to ensure that all bids are tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Support the development of marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, and other promotional materials.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in business development, bid support, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to conduct thorough market research and analysis.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of bid management software and systems.
