About the Role

The JM Group is a leading global organisation seeking a Collaboration and Communication Specialist to join their team in Hertfordshire. As a key member of the IT department, you will be responsible for administering Microsoft Exchange, Skype for Business, and Blackberry Enterprise Server.

This is a permanent role offering a competitive salary of £50,000 - £55,000 + Bonus and Benefits. You will work closely with other IT teams and vendors to resolve complex technical problems.

Requirements
  1. Proven experience in administering Microsoft Exchange (2013/2016/2019) and Skype for Business
  2. Familiarity with Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES) administration
  3. Strong understanding of email protocols, such as SMTP, IMAP, and POP
