The Role:
As a T Level in Education and Early Years Assessor, you will be responsible for preparing students for work placement, assessing their progress, and developing relationships with external providers. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our college and make a real difference in the lives of our students.

Responsibilities:
  • Preparing students for work placement and assessing their progress.
  • Developing relationships with external providers to secure work placements.
  • Participating in student tutorials/taught sessions relating to work placements.
  • Liaising with placement providers and tutors on the progress and assessment/performance of students.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a relevant professional qualification at Level 3 or above, knowledge of Child Care/Early Years programmes and the qualification framework, and competent Microsoft Office skills. You should also have experience working with young people and a commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion.
