Learning Community Director

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Learning Community Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing educational strategies that drive student achievement and improve outcomes.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and management, with experience in curriculum development and implementation. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
The estimated salary for this position is £60,000-£70,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including a generous Local Government Pension and access to Health Assured.
