About the Job: RNLI is seeking an experienced Contract Learning Specialist to join our team. As a Contract Learning Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our staff and partners. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in training and development, with a strong background in contract learning and a strong understanding of industry best practices.

**The Role:**
  • Design and develop comprehensive training programs that meet the needs of our staff and partners.
  • Deliver training programs to groups and individuals, both face-to-face and remotely.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and developments in training and development.


**Requirements:**
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as education or training.
  • At least 5 years' experience in training and development, with a strong focus on contract learning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


**Salary:** £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
