About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of accredited qualifications and identifying improvements in delivery across government-funded contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and ensure the quality of accredited qualifications
  • Develop and manage internal assurance processes to comply with regulations
  • Support the retention of direct claim status and assist in expanding the qualification catalogue
  • Monitor assessors' work and contribute to self-assessment for quality improvements
  • Collaborate with internal and external verifiers to ensure a robust teaching, learning, and assessment process
  • Collect learner feedback and monitor program delivery quality
  • Report on changes in quality and compliance trends
