About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of accredited qualifications and identifying areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and ensure the quality of accredited qualifications
  • Identify improvements in delivery across government-funded contracts
  • Develop and manage internal assurance processes to comply with regulations
  • Support the retention of direct claim status and assist in expanding the qualification catalogue
  • Monitor assessors' work, contribute to self-assessment for quality improvements, and collaborate with internal and external verifiers
  • Collect learner feedback, monitor program delivery quality, and report on changes in quality and compliance trends
