Job Title: Performance Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at NRL Recruitment. As a Performance Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all site activities are conducted in accordance with the company's quality policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement site quality arrangements to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure that quality requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with site teams to develop and implement quality plans and procedures.
  • Ensure that all site activities are conducted in accordance with the company's quality policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on quality performance metrics to ensure that quality targets are met.
Requirements:
  • Good working knowledge of the Nuclear industry and Nuclear License Conditions.
  • Good working knowledge of the Customers quality requirements.
  • Knowledge of Configuration Management Practices.
  • CSCS card holder.
  • Experience of Nuclear Construction Site Work.
  • Flexible approach.
  • Computer literate with experience in using software packages relevant to the role.
