About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of accredited qualifications, identifying improvements in delivery, and developing internal assurance processes to comply with regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and ensure the quality of accredited qualifications
  • Identify improvements in delivery and develop internal assurance processes
  • Collaborate with the delivery team on improving teaching quality and compliance
  • Monitor assessors' work and contribute to self-assessment for quality improvements
  • Collect learner feedback and monitor program delivery quality
  • Report on changes in quality and compliance trends
