Job Description

We are seeking a Bike Workshop Operations Manager to join our team in Edinburgh. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one of our workshops, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the workshop, including staff supervision, stock management, and security.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve workshop efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Equivalent to Cytech Level 3 qualification or higher.
  • Proven experience in operations management, including staff supervision and process improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of bike repairs and maintenance, with a passion for the sport and willingness to learn.
Salary and Benefits
  • A competitive salary of £31,000 - £35,000, depending on experience.
