Bike Repair Workshop Manager

Fettle, a pioneering bike repair and service company, is seeking an experienced Bike Repair Workshop Manager to join our Edinburgh team. This role requires a talented leader who can drive workshop success, manage a team of mechanics, and maintain high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of workshop operations, including stock management, setup, and security.
  • Lead and develop a team of mechanics, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and revenue growth.

We offer a competitive salary range of £33,000 - 38,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
