This is a managerial role that requires an organised leader to manage the workshop team, schedule work, and plan daily operations to deliver excellent service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate workshop activities to ensure efficient use of resources and high-quality results.
  • Maintain health and safety standards within the workshop environment.
  • Communicate effectively with various departments to align workshop operations and achieve shared goals.

We are looking for a skilled individual to join our team as a Workshop Services Manager in Edinburgh. As part of this role, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling workload, ensuring the workshop runs smoothly and safely.

Requirements:
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain health and safety standards and protocols within the workshop environment.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, with experience in managing teams, coordinating workflows, and maintaining health and safety standards.

The estimated salary for this position is approximately £45,500 per annum, plus an excellent benefits package, including 28 days holiday, public holidays, and a competitive employer pension scheme. We also offer comprehensive training and career progression opportunities.
