Overview

Endress+Hauser Group, a global leader in measurement instrumentation and solutions for industrial process engineering, is seeking an experienced Solutions Business Manager to drive business growth within our Liquid Analytical Solutions division.

About the Role

This dynamic role involves promoting and driving growth in specific application and market-focused solutions both internally and externally while ensuring synergy across the organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating clear direction by defining scope, target markets, and industry segmentation.

You will proactively develop and manage the sales funnel to ensure business development aligns with our company strategy and targets. This includes planning and managing internal & external seminars, lunch & learn sessions, and exhibitions, as well as creating case studies and application stories for use both internally and externally via magazines, social media, and campaigns.

Your responsibilities will also include providing support to other departments and customers as needed to maintain urgency and cadence, supporting other Solutions Business Managers in maintaining the profile of all areas of the business, and assisting the Solutions Development Manager in data analysis and interpretation.

Requirements
  • A strong commercial background with 5+ years of experience, preferably with sales experience and technical knowledge relating to the process industry.
  • A proven track record as a Business Driver in a similar field or business.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to develop good working relationships with customers and colleagues in other Departments and Functions.
  • Strong networking skills, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to travel.

Salary: £45,000 – £65,000 OTE + Bonus + Car + Training and Development
