Learning and Development Assistant

Aspire People, a leading education agency, is seeking an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team at a fantastic primary school in Leamington Spa.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the Role:We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who can support the class teacher in delivering high-quality learning experiences and provide additional support to students as needed.
- Assist with lesson planning and delivery
- Support students with learning and development needs
- Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- UK experience (minimum of 1 year) working as a teaching assistant
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or HLTA qualification
- Enhanced DBS on the update service
