Job Title: Learning Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Training Officer to join our team in Warwick.

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, with hybrid working available after the probation/training period.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and trainers to develop high-quality training materials
  • Support a range of courses delivered at four different locations

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

$47,250 - $57,500 per annum, dependent on experience. With opportunities for professional development and growth.
