Role Description
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our students. Your primary responsibility will be to provide assistance to students in the classroom, including helping with lesson planning, delivering educational programs, and assessing student progress.

You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. To be successful in this position, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £26,000 - £28,500 per annum, depending on experience. We are looking for an individual who possesses a recognized and relevant NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent knowledge, experience, and skills.

Additionally, you should have good communication and listening skills, the ability to present information verbally and in writing to others, and experience working as a teaching assistant or in a related field. It would also be beneficial if you had further training on aspects of the curriculum or areas of specific special needs.
