Myton School seeks a motivated Learning and Intervention Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be part of a large and supportive team working in the Learning, Intervention and Nurture Centre (The LINC). The centre has a strong reputation for supporting students with diverse needs, including special educational needs, disabilities, anxiety, learning barriers, and multiple complex needs.

This is a dynamic and varied role that requires a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with experience working with young people, preferably in a school environment. The successful candidate will be passionate about helping students achieve their full potential and making a positive impact on their lives.

As a Learning and Intervention Assistant, you will work collaboratively with our dedicated team to provide individualized support to students, enabling them to access a broad and balanced academic and social curriculum. You will also contribute to creating an inclusive school environment where every student feels valued and supported.

We offer a competitive salary (£23,000 - £26,000 per annum) and a comprehensive benefits package, including the Local Government Pension Scheme and our employee wellness program. Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure from the DBS, demonstrating our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
