Title Checker Specialist

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Title Checker to join our team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our conveyancing department, you will be responsible for dealing with various aspects of purchase transactions, focusing on reporting to clients and raising legal enquiries on all residential tenures.
Your Key Tasks
- You will liaise with live conveyancing teams and provide information and assistance for complex transactions as they arise.
- You will have a demonstrable knowledge and experience of the entire conveyancing process, ideally in a title checking role.
- You will assist the conveyancing teams, including dealing with replies to enquiries, management packs, mortgage offers, and searches.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of the conveyancing process. Experience in a title checking role is highly desirable.
Salary and Benefits
