Dispensary Operations Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Boots pharmacy on the High Street, Tenterden, Kent. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective running of the pharmacy and healthcare business.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to develop their pharmacy career and make a difference to the lives of our patients. You will be responsible for leading the dispensary team, ensuring accurate and timely dispensing of medication, and maintaining high standards of inventory management.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the dispensary team to achieve optimal performance and efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with pharmacists, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Conduct regular quality assurance audits to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent.
- Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience of leading teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build effective relationships.
Our competitive salary package includes a basic salary of £25,500 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including flexible working patterns, generous holiday entitlement, and access to corporate discounts.
