Your Mission
  • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities across assigned territory
  • Engage with potential clients through in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations
  • Understand and match customer needs with our products and services
  • Develop a pipeline of prospects and manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal
  • Achieve and exceed individual KPIs and targets, driving revenue growth for the ICS division
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a driven individual with previous sales experience, ideally in field-based business development, account management, or similar roles. You should possess exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, as well as a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and build lasting customer relationships.


You will need to be proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications, and hold a full UK driving license, as the role involves regular travel across your territory.
