Sales and Account Management Executive

Job Description: As a Customer Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of components to our customers. You will work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, while also developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of components
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic understanding of IT systems and software
