National Account Business Development Manager

At Solent International Ltd, we are proud to be a leading provider of bespoke products to retailers across various categories. As a National Account Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving our commercial strategy and building exceptional relationships with our high street and grocery customers.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in managing and developing national accounts, ideally within the top 6 grocers, and possess strong commercial acumen. You will be responsible for growing existing clients, generating new business, and agreeing and executing yearly sales and Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 per annum, with structured bonuses based on company and individual performance. Our benefits package includes flexible working hours, a salary sacrifice pension scheme, medical cash plan, 25 days holiday per annum, and opportunities for learning and development. We are committed to creating a positive work-life balance and provide a cycle-to-work scheme and social events run by our in-house Social Team.
