About the Job

This is a permanent position that requires a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team at the John Wright Sports Centre as a Fitness Assistant. The successful applicant will support our customers on their fitness journey, building rapport quickly to engage and educate them on the latest fitness trends and support them through their training.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must hold a Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification, relevant HNC or equivalent. Excellent interaction skills are essential, and experience of working within a gym environment would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be given.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £13.12 - £13.26 per hour, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including up to 33 days annual leave, public holiday entitlement, and occupational sick pay.
