We are seeking a Resident Care and Support Specialist to join our team at Westwood House Nursing Home. As a key member of our care team, you will work closely with colleagues to provide high-quality care and support to our residents.

Your main responsibilities will include assessing resident needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing these plans in collaboration with other members of the care team. You will also be responsible for monitoring resident progress, reporting any concerns or issues to management, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a caring and compassionate nature, as well as excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to your work. A strong understanding of adult care principles and practices is also essential.
