Job Description
As a Registered Nurse with Keane Premier Group Ltd, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
You will work closely with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
A key aspect of this role is completing physical and psychological assessments of new residents, monitoring and recording vital signs, health status, and changes in residents' conditions.
Main Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for residents
- Administer medications and treatments, adhering to medical prescriptions and care plans
- Complete physical/psychological assessments of new residents on admission
- Monitor and record vital signs, health status, and changes in residents' conditions
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and update individual care plans
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Registration with the NMC as a Registered Nurse
- Proven experience as a registered nurse in a care setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing healthcare needs
- Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to delivering exceptional care
